Citizens preach their inalienable rights. These rights, freedom of speech, right to bear arms, etc. These rights should never trump another s rights in the same vain.
Meaning someone who feel they have freedom of speech to say as they please. So they speak to other people however they want. Bullying as an example, free speech should not cover what someone may deem there "right" to say degrading, hurtful, demonstrative things to another. The other has just as much right as you to be here. People bully so often to suicide nowadays. They should be held accountable and culpable to there actions. This generation has lost its ability to be culpable. They except consequence but do not accept there part of it. We need a law that states that people are culpable to there actions, and speech.
