We the people, ask our state and federal representatives to start national debt reform to address borrowing and increasing our national debt before the debt bubble burst, have an open forum for public discussion to vote on where we can trim budget cost and make definitive changes that will give us a national surplus by 2016. Also make politicians responsible for their actions by ending the pass the buck mentality that has put us in this position in the first place.
