It is our belief that Congress is influenced and distracted by the need to raise funds for re-elections.
It is our belief that members of Congress act all too often more favorably to those who can either contribute large sums of money to re-elections efforts or can offer other support in their effort for re-election.
We believe that members of congress would work for our national interest more effectively if they did not have to concern themself with re-elections.
We believe that the White House should lead the effort to empower the people to make this change.
We propose a 2 term limit not to exceed 4 years each, separated by at least one term.
