Start a National lottery to fund education on a national level,Fund Social programs return to work programs,Pay off Bill

i believe Italy or a similar country has some sort of National Lottery. With the recent powerball winner, and the jackpot rising to almost $600million, how many jobs could that save with the money generated by all those lottery sales? There should be a National Lottery, $5/ticket or $3/ticket, and it draws twice a Month or once a month. just like here in my home state, lottery proceeds fund education, the National lottery could fun education on a national level, and all the proceeds go to social programs for jobs, education, helping people improve their skills, funding return to work programs. We will play the lottery and people buy tickets when the lotto rises, the government should take advantage of this and use proceeds to fun social education/improve job skill programs/higher edu.
