A steady rate will stabilize the economy & make America a better risk free place to invest in.
We will use the Army Engineers to entirely run this program, from exploratory, drilling, pumping, refining, and pumping into your vehicles. This will end raising gas prices, stop foreign dependency on oil, and accompanying wars. It will put our oil under the protection of our National Security. Our federal oil is free, and this is do-able.
