Start a "National Science Institution" In which is run by the people, for the people, for self- sustaining community's

This institution will use all existing known and unknown technologys to make and implement to all communities, county's and states, self reliable and self sustaining. The people will have their vote to as in what will be implemented or not, to preserve that region. The National Science Institution shall be for non profit and soly for U.S citizens for a better quality of life. At anytime, the control of the National Science Institution will be by national born citizens and will remain so. This Institution will help all community's for self preservation and self sustaining through all solar, wind, water, fire or any new technology's that are derived from this institution in order to promote a better way of life.
