Start national tax and get rid of federal tax, IRS, and federal reserve. Make it fair across the board for Americans

Have a national tax on goods, and get rid of the federal tax. That would free up $225 billion when you get rid of the IRS. Doing this will still make taxes for the government to spend but will make you spend more wisely? Make it fair across the board for everyone. People will take home more, which will prompt more spending. Get rid of the federal reserve. You are not going to pay down a debt as long as you have the federal reserve and its inflation. Also get rid of lobbying. It's illegal for regular people to bride so it should be illegal for politicians to e same. The spend more in lobbying then they do paying taxes
