One of the greatest threats to our ever changing world is water supply. We have areas in America being flooded while other areas are in devastating drought. We have areas destroyed by flooding and areas where farmers can't harvest because lack of water has destroyed there crops and livelihood. We have areas where people are killed due to a hurricane or super-storms while other areas are praying for rain. What if there was a national water transfer system in place. Running the length and width of the nation that can drain water from any main river, filter and clean it and then transfer it by water pipeline to any other main river system in the country. The jobs it would create and the lives and money it could save would be staggering. It will ensure that in time of need we can move water...
