Bullying has become a huge problem in the United States of America. The common person is exposed to these situations so often that the concept of bullying is becoming a normal aspect of life. This petition will force college students to open their eyes to the negative effects bullying causes certain individuals. Bullying is everywhere and all it takes is someone to stand up and admit this is a problem. Bullying violates the 1st and 14th Amendment rights of citizens of the United States.
