With concern to the stagnant unemployment rate and draw down of troops in the Middle East, which will only add to this number, I think the Obama Administration should look into leading a New Tour of Duty, one that will put our brave men and women to work in rebuilding America.
For years they have not only fought in foreign nations, but have also helped to rebuild them. Why not take this man power and apply it to our own nation. The New Tour of Duty to Rebuild America should be voluntary. If he or she wants to pursue employment in the private sector, they are free to do so. But If he or she wants to stay in the armed forces, why not reshape what are army can do in these troubled times?
