No cost tuition -is exactly how it sounds.
Either americans don't pay at all- except books etc.- but raise the tax. I would be a lot happier if you raised the taxes so i could afford a higher education,,,
right now the average salary is 52,000 but the average tuition is 13,000. Seriously?
