We live in a rural mountainous area of Colorado. The internet is truly not taken for granted by our community. Daily emails, business, bill paying, and entertainment all evolve from the internet. However the ISPs change the rules monthly if not daily. Higher prices, poor service, no service. are a daily struggle for the customers. I know that this is not an isolated circumstance. It happens everywhere.
Its time that the ISPs answer to someone. They do not answer to the community.
