To start overtime pay after 160 hours in Law enforcement agencies that are paid once a month. Many receive OT after 171.

Created by J.M. on October 29, 2014

In many Police and Sheriff agencies who are paid once a month, their overtime doesn't start until after 171 hours. Anything over 160 working hours is considered overtime. This is not happening in many agencies around the country. Everyone needs to be treated and paid equally.
