Popular initiative “1:12 – for fair wages”
On 24 November the Swiss electorate will vote on the popular initiative of 21 March 2011 “1:12 – For fair wages”.
No cap on how much a CEO can make as long as the lowest paid worker also gets wage adjusted to the 1:12 ratio.
