Start a real life Starfleet Program

Create an International space program which will give other countries that want to explore space an equal opportunity while relieving the US from the full burden of financing space exploration. These participating member countries would contribute an equal percentage of the cost to explore space and share the technology among each other peacefully. Create a Starfleet academy where all the best minds from each member country can participate in all aspects of space exploration and share their knowledge.
