Start a resolution to declare a cyber-war on North Korea.

We propose a resolution to deal with the recent event of cyber warfare and hacking by the hacker group,
Guardians of Peace, who are sponsored by North Korea. The Interview was canceled due threats of violence against theaters and Sony Entertainment. Threats of violence to achieve a political goal is the definition of terrorism. We cannot allow terrorists to dictate our actions on our own soil. We propose to the Obama administration, Congress, and the American people to support a declaration of cyber-war against this group and North Korea. The day we let terrorists affect our daily lives and do nothing is the day freedom fails. Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. -Benjamin Franklin
