Start a section of priests working with the Vatican that have undergone a vow to only say "Wololo"

We need priests that will uplift the spirit of not just religious people but those who either aren't religious or have some disability keeping them form leaving their house and I think this would be a good way to life the attitudes of Americans everywhere.
