School shootings are a thing and shouldn't be ignored. A student or teacher does not know what to do in case of a school shooting. We act like nothing is going to happen until tragedy strikes. This can save lives. As a freshmen in high school i wouldn't know what to do in case of a school shooting. This does not only shock me but my family.
