This lottery would make it so people would stop trying to make a living off of disability and unemployment and actually want to have a job.
This would be accomplished by taking only a single dollar from every paycheck of every tax payer. Once a year, or once a month, either would be acceptable, a single person would be given all of the accumulated money. To qualify to win the lottery you would have to hold a single job for no less than six months out of the year. The longer you are with a job the higher chance you would have of winning.
