Start spending more money on space exploration, earth preservation, and education.

This petition is a call for the government to start spending more money and focusing on improvements to technology and education that will work towards the end goals of preserving the earth and putting a person on Mars in the next 20 years. Since after the lunar landing and the International Space Station space exploration has moved out of the governments main concerns. Now with technology progressing exponentially the current three generations are posed on what some can say the cusp of a new technological boom. We should be moving toward space exploration and conservation of the earth. Not only are we in a unique position to start focusing on space travel and earth conservation; we need to start looking into these things because of birth rates, population densities and pollution/person.
