The tax burden on working class people is far too great, yet it appears that the non-working people always have money for tatoos and peircings. It stands to reason that there is a huge tax base that has not been tapped into yet. Levy a tax on tatoos and lesson the working families tax burden so we can put more of our hard earned cash back into the economy.
