Start Teaching Students a Second Language At An Earlier Age

Students who start learning a second language at an earlier age will pick up the second language better as an adult. Start Spanish Language Teaching as a second language for Grade School, Junior High and continue with High School and College Students. Spanish is the second most spoken language in The United States and will be needed for Job Applications. It is with a strong belief, that this will create millions of new jobs for those who will be able to teach it. We, The Undersigned, agree to this petition with a good faith effort of The People.
