This organization should be located in a neutral location or/and country. The other option is to establish it here in the USA near a major international airport. Salt Lake City or wherever is best.
Rules.
1: The organization must be and maintain at all times political neutrality on all or any issues. 2: All members of the organization must have equal say on matters discussed concerning the disarmament of WMDs. 3: Political, individual and/or military threats on any state is prohibited for any reason whatsoever. 4: Find a working relationship with the UN. 5: Each nation must reward each other after each disarmament agreement is reached. 6. Any meeting is to be televised internationally.
