You, as President of the United States need to work on the US Citizens behalf, and not send money to other countries, that should rightfully be spent on US Citizens. You represent all of the United States Citizens and not just a select few who buy you off. Keep illegials off from citizens benefits and out of the country unless they gain citizenship through the legal channels.
