I am petitioning on behalf of the people of Alaska who have been being deceived by the federal government. The United States federal government is allowing foreign companies to drill oil from our reserves, and the state of Alaska by itself could be potentially be the richest nation per capita in the entire world. The federal government is allowing billions of dollars to leave our state which could feed our hungry, teach our less fortunate, and rebuild our state. Currently, Alaska is trying to pass more legislation to take more money from our annual Permanent Fund Dividend. It is time that the state of Alaska become its own sovereign nation and secede from the United States of America.
