A violent kidnapping and torture of a handicapped white male by four African-American suspects has drawn the attention of the American people as to if this crime should be labeled as a HATE crime. We are demanding the newly-appointed State Attorney Kim Fox charge the four African-American suspects with felony HATE crimes. If she fails to do so......she must be held accountable.
I urge the citizens of Chicago, as well as the nation to sign this petition. Show that HATE has no color and that this violent crime will not be overlooked and passed by because of political agendas.
