We have been attacked by a conspiracy between the Russian government and the Republican Party to steal the 2016 election. Through fake news propaganda, the fraudulent Interstate Crosscheck system, voter suppression, unopened ballots, gerrymandering and hacked computer and voting systems, a treasonous coalition has worked to steal our elections.
We petitioners call for President Obama to declare a national emergency and allow a reboot of the 2016 with paper ballot voting whereby the ballots can be completed at home, etc., copied and those copies delivered to a public polling space by mail or other means.
