1. DECLARE A STATE OF EMERGENCY AND NATIONALIZE THE GUN INDUSTRY. Only the federal government can manufacture and sell guns and related products. The government supplies recognized military and law enforcement agencies and gun clubs with firearms and related products, but cannot sell or supply the same to any private individual or company.
2. REGISTER ALL GUNS AND GUN OWNERS. No grandfather clause. ALL owners MUST register.
3. LICENSE ALL GUN OWNERS. Gun owners pay a one-time fee of $25,000 and an annual fee of $5,000 for each firearm owned. The initial fee pays for a REQUIRED PSYCHIATRIC EXAMINATION, membership in an approved gun club where all guns must be kept under lock and key and checked out for limited times, and a gun safety course.
4. VIOLATION OF THE LAW IS A FELONY.
