The State of Oregon to peacefully Secede from the United States of America. Constitutional under the 10th amendment.

Because of a over sized and out of control Federal Government, which is dead set on infringing on the rights of millions of Law Abiding Americans, we call for the Peaceful Secession of the State of Oregon, from the voluntary union called the United States of America. The new Republic Oregon shall adopt the original United States Constitution as it was written in 1787, as its basis for all laws written from that day forward. The Republic of Oregon will have complete control of all publicly owned forests, grasslands and any other lands, currently held by the Unites States Forest Service, BLM, Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, Parks Service and any other branch of the Federal Government. This also includes any Federally owned buildings, waterways, railroads, bridges and roads.
