in state of the union address, initiate statehood process of Puerto Rico as per results of the Nov 2012 plesbicite

Have President Obama include in the State of the Union Address in Feb., an action plan to incorporate Puerto Rico as the 51st State, as per the results of the Plesbicite celebrated in PR in Nov 2012. In this plesbicite the US Citizens voting in PR in a majority clearly rejected the present colonial status, and in a second question also by majority voted for Statehood. As a US Citizen living in PR, I lack the representation in Congress and want to have the right to vote for our President and our Congress Representatives. Under the present status, us, the US Citizens living in PR do not enjoy the same rights of our fellow citizens living in the 50 States. I have a son living in RI and a daughter in FL and they do have the rights we lack in PR. Equality among all US Citizens
