We respectfully petition that ALL Commonwealths and Territories not bearing status as a state member of the American Union should be compelled to choose between statehood or independence.
We feel this should be done in the best interests of the Nation as whole due to the large amounts of subsidies that are annually given to these non state entities to support their existence. We believe that ALL persons who call themselves American Citizens should desire their residence to be in a State of the Union.
Further, it is our belief that as states, these several territories and commonwealths shall be held responsible for acts and conditions which occur within their borders, as well as enjoy the full rights and privilidges which only statehood may confer.
