States that habitually enfridge on a woman's constitutional right to control her reproduction must be stopped!

States that act against the rights of women to have an abortion must pay a steep consequence similar to the states that continuously passed legislation arbitrarily limiting African-Americans from being able to vote. It has been 43 years since Roe v. Wade and yet more that half of the states in the USA passed frivolous state laws that unduly burdened a woman's right to choose when they want to carry a fetus full term. Since states cannot be trusted to protect the health rights of their female citizens, the Federal Government must act to pass a standard of access to reproductive health care. I implore Congress to act!
