As there are petitions for the States wishing to secede to re-pay their portion of the National Debt, , we in turn petition the Federal goverment to refund to the States if allowed to Secede refund to all citizens any and all money paid into federal taxes of all shapes form in fashions, refund all money paid into social security, medicare and all other programs, to include any and all federal taxes collected by the ATF, tobacco taxes, gasoline taxes etc.
Also, States being held accountable for the National Debt we also petition for all federal property, to include military bases, equipment, etc to include all federal lands within the States wishing to Secede ownership to be transferred to their prosepctive State where located
