States which enact Anti-Transgender laws should have all their Federal Funding withheld.

States' which enact anti-transgender laws (aka "Show Your I.D. To Pee" Laws) openly discriminates against the Transgender community should have all their Federal Funding withheld until such time as the State rescinds it's discriminatory laws against the Transgender, Lesbian, Gay, and Bi-Affectionate individuals who reside or visit that state.

Executive Order 13672 (EO) protects against discrimination in employment and hiring by federal contractors or subcontractors based on a worker or applicant’s sexual orientation or gender identity. If the E.O. applies to private sector employees as well as applies to Federal Employees and Federal agencies must follow the same guidelines

A State in the Union should be held to the same Non-Discrimination standards.
