States that wish to secede from a tyrannical system should be aloud to have their own standing military or militias to have their own ability to defend their state, city, community, or home. It should be a requirement that all citizens of the independent states that wish secede own weapons, and be trained how to use them. It is our constitutional right to have weapons to defend our selves.
As independent sovereign states it should be a requirement that all citizens be armed and know how to use their weapons and be prepared to defend their territories.
If states secede from the Union we the people shall be armed and prepared to defend ourselves from enemies foreign and domestic.
