In order to provide protection for children and adolescents during their time in school and to help provide veterans with jobs, place 2-4 armed veterans in public schools at all times. They can walk the grounds all day, providing safety without the worry of someone with no training walking around with a gun. (I.e. a teacher that may not be comfortable carrying.)
