A petition to require all executions to be stayed until further full and complete forensic science testing is carried out to insure guilt and discover innocence. this will consist of testing and analysis when applicable of clothing fibers, finger prints, DNA, blood stains, glove prints, tire marks, foot prints, bullet and gun tests, and any other applicable tests.
