During this critical time it seems like the the President would sacrifice his expensive three week Hawaiian vacation to stay in Washington to work towards a long term solution to our ballooning deficit.
As promised in previous campaigns President Obama should seek to create bridge between the parties and find a mutually agreeable solution.
While the President may disagree strongly with Republicans, they are elected by the people. Many people do agree with the Republican party and when the President plays hardball with them, it feels like he disregards us.
Many Americans have to cut corners this Christmas, it seems like the President should have to also.
