We believe the U.S. has no vital interests at stake in Ukraine. As such, we stand only to lose from getting entangled in this regional dispute. It is not suitable or appropriate for the U.S. be leading any kind of international response on this issue. Our State Department should back off, offer humanitarian assistance, and let Europe take the lead on this one.
