The Syrian Revolution has been going on for over two years. It consists of a civil war between supporters of the Ba'athist regime of Bashar al-Assad and his forces, including terror organizations like Hezbola, against the Syrian opposition which seeks to oust the tyrannical government. A majority of the rebel forces consists of the moderate Free Syrian Army, however the United States is still hesitating on fully supporting them despite the good relations between the two. The U.S claims that it needs to wait until it can distinguish the moderate rebels from the extremist ones, however the more they wait, the more extremist rebels show up on the battlefield. Inaction is the worst kind of action, and right now the U.S is being known for its empty promises to the Syrian people's freedom.
