We'll need to get some sort of secret agent worthy of doing the job-- I personally suggest agent Solid Snake to take the mission. He can have Sam Fisher as backup in case an alert is raised, but we can set the mission to Very Easy and Radar Setting 1, so it will be very simple for Solid Snake to steal Lenin's body.
Once Lenin's body is safely back in Washington D.C. we can have Dr. Clark and Hunter use D.N.A. from Lenin's body to create a clone. Once this clone is born, we can use him to gain complete control over Ukraine and its people.
The last, and final step, is to find a way to rig the elections sometime in the 2030s or 2020s in Ukraine, so that Lenin's clone becomes President of Ukraine.
