Hi,
The Detroit Water Department belong to the citizens of Detroit and do not belong to the city of Detroit. The GOP governors has been trying to steal the water from the citizens of Detroit since Coleman Young was mayor of Detroit. this crisis was created by the governor because of the bankruptcy proceedings to gain control of Belle Isle and Detroit Institute of Arts, the crown jewels of the city. Their policies caused this bankruptcy, thus violating the Civil Rights of every Detroit citizen and demand the AG Lynch take a special interest in the proceedings.
That's why I created a petition to Governor Rick Snyder, which says:
"the GOP governors has been trying to steal the Detroit Water Dept. since 1970."
