Stengthen Security and Enforce the laws In the Department of Corrections on State levels

I was railroaded into the Department of Corrections on a technicality of the law in the state of florida, while there Extream security issues existed with those in the kitchen trying to enslave and exploit Inmates for state paid food, they try to cover up by saying the food is bad,when the monsters in the kitchen and serving were practicing being poisoners, or Black widows of the Southern States, they would attempt to poison the food for months, cooking the food in bleach or windex, the pasta, rice, potatoes or beans, then they would try to infect inmates with infectious diseases, by getting sick inmates to expose bodily fluids to trays of food, and on several occations being druged and passing out after eating the food, The kitchens need to be poisoned proof and safe from these monsters,
