Summit County in Colorado is trying to take Andy Barrie's 10 acre tract of land with a cabin. This is because they want to have a nice view from town. This is wrong and communistic in practice. Eminent domain should never be used unless for defensive purposes. I humbly ask that our federal government put a stop to this.
