Step in and help defeat the draconian anti-homosexual bill passed by Uganda ("Kill The Gays" bill)

The Ugandan Parliament has passed the draconian "Anti-Homosexuality Bill" ("Kill the Gays" Bill).
The bill has, reportedly, been revised to remove the death penalty punitive option, but allows life imprisonment to remain on the table.
Mr President, this bill is at the very least disturbing. Beyond that it is a violation of basic human rights, something the United States has always stood strongly for. We need to step in to fight this bill, with the strongest sanctions possible.
This bill is not the only horrible violations of human rights being committed. The rape of little girls are also being sanctioned.
