Every year in the Faroe Islands (an autonomous province of Denmark), there is a brutal "coming of age" ceremony where hundreds of pilot whales (actually a species of dolphin) are slaughtered solely to show how these people are supposedly now "mature adults," staining the entire sea red with blood, only to leave the dead dolphins to rot on the beaches, Please intervene as soon as possible to stop the senseless slaughter of these innocent creatures that the people of the Faroe Islands perpetrate in the name of "national identity." No national identity entitles a people to slaughter another species into near-extinction, and if it is allowed to continue, they will continue into full extinction.
