Congressmen/women, Mr. Obama & Biden, Mr. Holder, and any other govt. official who updolds limiting the type, capacity, or caliber of firearm chosen to be owned/operated by any Law Abiding Citizen of the U.S. is failing to uphold the constitution, attempting to disarm and restrict the peoples right to protect themselves,(including from the govt. operated militia) and "adhering to their enemies". The 2nd amendment states "to form a well armed militia", meaning by the people, not the govt.
To limit the people to not be able to keep this govt. in check, and to prevent the people from self defense against this countrys' enemies, is to "adhere to its' enemies, giving them aid" in the ability to tromp on the American People.
