The rising number of rapists, assaults and kidnapping have become almost an everyday day occurrence.They get no punishment for harming the individual they abused. The victim lives with the pain and memories for the rest of his or her life . which increases the risk of the victim having PTSD, depression and possible suicidal attempts. All because of the abusers action.The Abuser will re-offend over and over. Its an addiction that has to be stopped. How will our children be able to play safely? They are just innocent human beings until these Perpetrators come in and corrupting innocent lives hurting them not only physically but emotionally. The emotions stick with them forever. We need to stop this so our children can play safely and so we can trust those around our children.
