Stimulate the countries education system by adding another 55 billion dollars into the education budget.

By adding another 55 billion dollars to the education budget we can raise the standards for education by paying teachers a livable wage by rewarding them for furthering their education. With this budget must come laws to mandate that students shall not be educated to pass a test but to have knowledge that will carry them throughout life. We must also follow the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by creating an equal learning environment to children of all races and dismantle the current system which has shown that children in lower class neighborhoods have produced lower Sat/Act scores.
These changes will not have any effect unless we lower the cost of college and waive some of the entry fee's on a case by case basis. Its time we show our citizens we Care. THANK YOU - TEVIN TRAYVON PAIGE
