allow license practical nurse with more then 7 years of experience working in the field to take ceus courses upon successfully passing to qualify for RN license or grant them amnesty under the grand father law to qualify for the RN license this would stimulate the economy and provide job creation in several states why does a LPNwith 20 years of experience have to go back to school for something shes been doing for 20yrs her experience should grand father the nurse in the position.
